Suggested email template to inform suppliers about upcoming launch of Supplios portal
NOTE: This is a email template that can be used for new Supplios customers to send to their suppliers, notifying them about your upcoming usage of Supplios.
We recommend sending this from an internal email address that your suppliers will recognize and trust, so when they start seeing notification emails from Supplios, they (and/or their IT systems) are not alarmed.
Feel free to add/remove/modify as needed!
Dear Supplier,
[Your Company Name] is excited to announce our new supplier portal, which we will use for RFQs, supplier compliance management, and other things in the future.
The portal is hosted through a platform called Supplios (www.supplios.com), and you will start receiving some emails sent by us through the platform.
We will first start using the platform for RFQs and RFIs in the coming days and weeks. When we invite you to a RFQ or RFI, you will receive a notification email that includes some details about the topic, the response deadline, and a direct link to respond in the platform.
What do you need to do?
- Watch for an invitation email to the portal, and/or to a specific RFQ or RFI. The emails will be sent from [yourcompany]@relay.supplios.com.
- If it is your first time accessing the portal, you will receive a separate invitation email with a special registration link. Follow the link to set your password and activate your account. This is a one-time registration.
- If you need to invite others from your company, you can do that yourself after logging in.
- For each RFQ or RFI, you will receive an email with a link to respond.
- After the one-time registration, you can login at [yourcompany]@relay.supplios.com.
Updating your Company Profile
We will be using the portal to track our suppliers' manufacturing capabilities and commodities. You can update this information yourself, anytime, through the portal.
After logging in, go to "My Profile" and click on Company Profile. From there, you can update your Company Profile, invite additional colleagues, and more.

The Supplios platform is designed to be user-friendly, but if you have questions, you can click on the "Help" button in the lower-right corner of the webpage.
