How to Use the Document Hub to Share Standard Documents with Suppliers

The Document Hub is a powerful feature in Supplios for sharing standard documents with your suppliers, such as quality manuals, codes of conduct, policies and other important files with your suppliers.

The files you share in the Document Hub will be available to all supplier users who have access to your portal.


The Document Hub management area is used to add, publish, revise, and remove the files shared in the Document Hub. It is currently available only to your internal Admin and SuperAdmin users. The management area is shown in the screenshot below:

Follow these steps to manage what is available in your Document Hub, as an internal Admin or SuperAdmin user:

1. Access Company Settings

Click the More button on the main menu (left side of screen) -> Go to Company Settings.

2. Click on Supplier Document Hub

In Company Settings, click on Supplier Document Hub.

3. Add a New Document

Click on New Item.

Enter a Name and Description for the document.

4. Add Files

Click on Add Files and upload the files needed for this document.

You can add multiple files if required.

5. Add Notes

Write any additional notes you want to include with the document.

6. Share Documents

Once uploaded, these documents will be shared with your suppliers.

Suppliers can access, download, and read these documents when they log into the platform.


NOTE: You can also use the Document Hub to share videos with your suppliers. This can be helpful for sharing custom training videos for how to use Supplios, training for other technical topics, quality inspection topics, or more. To properly embed videos in the Document Hub so they can be played natively, without requiring to be downloaded first, please contact the Supplios support team who can help you embed them in a special way.


By following these steps, you can effectively manage and share important documents with your suppliers through the Document Hub.
