GUIDE: How to Search Suppliers
To search for suppliers, navigate to the Vendors section on the left-side menu. There are two views available: Simple View and Advanced View - you can switch between them at the top of the page.

Simple View
From the Simple View, you can:
- View a list of all your suppliers
- Use the search bar to quickly find a vendor by entering their name (or part of it), then pressing Enter

- Sort the vendor list by Name, Number of Contacts, or Date Added by clicking on the column header
- Click Add Vendor in the top-right corner to create a new supplier (note: depending on your Company Account configurations, this might be disabled or restricted - if you have a Supplier Onboarding workflow, use that to add new vendors instead)
- Click More to:
- Invite suppliers to Sourcing Events
-
Deactivate a vendor (only available to Company Admins/Superadmins).

Vendor Advanced View
At the top of the Vendors page, you can switch to the Advanced View for a more detailed and customizable interface.

In this view, you can:
- Search suppliers using multiple fields: Name, Vendor Code, Number of Contacts, Date Added, and specific Tags
- Click Columns on the left to show or hide specific columns in the table
-
Use Filters to apply advanced search criteria (or click the filter icon next to the relevant column to search by tags)

- Rearrange columns by dragging and dropping them into your preferred order. Your custom layout is “sticky” - it will remain saved as long as you’re using the same browser and computer.
Supplier Profile
To open a supplier profile, simply click on their name.

Once inside a profile, you can view and edit details such as:
- Supplier Name
- Vendor Code (editable only by Company Admins or Superadmins)
- Tags
- Locations
- Contacts
- And more
