How to update your company profile as a supplier

As a supplier company in Supplios, you can update some of the information the Host Company (your customer) has on your company.

What information can you update in your company profile?

The amount and type of information you can update depends on the settings of the Host Company. They control what information can be updated and visible to suppliers.

For most companies, you can update the following information:

  • Company name
  • Company website
  • Company locations (multiple)
  • Categories & Capabilities (including different sub-categories, options are set by the portal owner)
  • Individual user accounts for your team members

Who can update your company information?

Company profile information can only be updated by your users who are designated as "Company Admins". Most companies should have at least one Admin user.

Admin users for a supplier can add/remove/modify other users in their company, and can also update the profile information for the company.


How do I update the company profile?

You can update your company profile by going to the "My Profile" section — find the link in the main header menu.

From there, find the "Company Profile" section on the left side navigation. There are links there for dedicated pages to manage the Company Profile, Company Locations, and Company Users.
