Supported Web Browsers for Supplios

Supplios is a web-based application, accessible from most modern web browsers running on most computers.  

The lists below provide more details on which browsers and which devices, with any known issues.  

Desktop Browsers

Supplios officially supports the following desktop web browsers, and recommends using one of these for the best user experience:

• Google Chrome (desktop version)
• Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based desktop version)
• Mozilla Firefox
• Apple Safari (macOS version)

Supplios supports the current release and the previous major version of each of these browsers.

Mobile Devices

Supplios is designed to work best on a desktop-sized screen.  Most of the application may work on smaller screens such as phones and tablets, but results may vary.  Many screens can contain a large amount of data (large tables, grids, forms, etc.) which are often much easier to use on desktop screens.

That being said, there is limited support for the following mobile browsers:

• Safari on iPadOS and iOS
• Chrome on Apple devices
• Chrome on Android tablets and phones

Important note about browser and network security controls

Some functionality of the Supplios application may be blocked if you have certain ad blocker software or other browser-based, computer-based, or network-based security controls in place.

These could be things that you have installed on your computer, or they could be put in place by your IT administrators.  

If you have any problems using the Supplios application (such as uploading files, accessing the Help/Support functionality, or similar) please check that these controls are disabled first.  If you continue to have problems, please contact the Supplios support team to help troubleshoot the issue.
