Microsoft SSO Setup Guide for Internal Supplios Users

NOTE: This guide is only for internal Supplios users from companies who are adding single-sign-on (SSO) using Microsoft Entra ID to their Supplios accounts.

This is only relevant for you if you were directed to this page by your internal company admins, IT department, or the Supplios support team.

If you were directed to this page, then your company has decided to implement SSO (single-sign-on) with Supplios using your existing Microsoft Entra login system.

This is beneficial for many reasons:

  • It is more secure and easier to manage who has access to the platform.
  • It is more convenient for you, because you will no longer have a separate password to remember.

If you have an existing account in Supplios (likely using email/password to login) then you will need to link your SSO account with Supplios before the change can be completed. This guide will help you with that process.

This is a one-time setup. Once completed, you’ll log in using your Microsoft SSO going forward.

What's Changing?

The Supplios login page will now show a "User Selector" before you actually login. See examples in the sections below.

It will show 2 options:

  • Internal User Login – for employees using Microsoft SSO (with email/password still being used temporarily)
  • Supplier Login – for external suppliers using email/password

Once all internal users complete SSO setup, email/password login option will be disabled for them.

User Type Action Required
Internal Users (with existing accounts) Follow the steps below to link your SSO
Internal Users (new, never logged in) Nothing to do now. Register with SSO if invited.
Supplier Users No changes. Continue with email/password.
